I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Self Drive Cars
I just tried to watch that last video and only got to 7 minutes. By then I had realised how totally, utterly pointless that system is. If you have to sit there and apply light pressure to the wheel from time to time and get a rollicking if you are not watching the road, then you might as well be driving yourself and paying a lot less for the car!!!

Re: Self Drive Cars
Not sure if this has been posted without trawling back, but happened upon it recently...
This compilation has some shocking ones in especially the third one, where the vehicle is going on a bender constantly trying to correct itself and causing havoc!
I rarely use the self parking feature of my car as it is, as I'm constantly at the ready to wrench control - yet alone have anything actually drive itself. My stress levels would not be able to cope with that

Did I say there was?
I actually quite like them to be absolutely honest... Estate especially...

Re: Self Drive Cars
I think Tesla may have got their inspiration (for the steering yoke) from KITT (Knight Industries Two Thousand), from the 'Knight Rider' series.
