Well thats the Xantia good for another year,
New ABS rings on the front.
New sensor drivers side rear.
New control arm passenger side front.
New track rod ends.
Bit of welding on the drivers side sill at the rear.
Nice new MOT.

I too got a new MOT certificate last Friday but that was for the comparatively new C4. Next Friday my 8 year old C5 goes has it's turn. Then three weeks later it's the turn of the Saxo, followed by a week later with the 306. Certainly a busy and worrying month. The penalty for having a house full of girls
Swmbo's C4GP flew through the test last week - and she's decided to keep it Her reasoning being she wants a van with seats in that she can use and abuse but never fails her. Good Picasso's are few and far between so when you get one, keep it.
The Xantia should be finished completely and ready for a test next month.
Apart from the welding i've done the rest myself, new trailing arm bearings last year along with various bushes, bit annoyed about the control arm as the front bush only lasted a couple of years, can't remember where i got it from though, the new one is a GSF part. happily there is so much help and guidance on here that non of the jobs are difficult, time consuming but attainable.
