Strut top question

I've got a pair of early strut tops for sale from an early Xantia. Someone has asked if they will fit a 2000 exclusive. I know the pipes are bigger and you can drill and tap them for the bigger pipes but are there any other differences?
Former Proud owner of a 1994 Citroen Xantia 1.9d and BX 19RD

Now driving an Alfa 159 but god I miss the Xantia!
