Hi Everyone,
Got a 62 plate Peugeot Partner Tepee (Horizon Wheelchair access modified)
Fault:
-------
The front suspension creaks terribly. Most notably as I pull up at junctions or drive away from them.
What I've done
-------------------
I have had the suspension springs replaced with the bushes/bearings on top.
Had one rack end replaced "that had play in it"
My garage suspect the steering rack may be knackered, but are not happy enough with diagnosis to replace it in case they are wrong. (they have already done the above work on springs bearings rack end - with no success - but have charged me anyway).
Can anyone help - or offer suggestions as to what may be the cause?

Does it creak if you bounce it up and down? Does it creak over speed bumps? Does it creak if you rock the steering? Can you post a vid of the creaking? How many miles has it done? I would be thinking along the lines of a failed roll bar link, bottom ball joint, or bottom arm bush.

Look on Berlingoforum.co.uk as it's the same vehicle. It's possibly a case of "they all do that sir".. It's definitely a common thing on these.
