Peugeot 3008 temperature goes high

Dear all I have Peugeot 3008 1.6 2009 exclusive,
Temperature of the engine shows high even if the engine is cold when I drive for a bit of time come back to normal and after couple of minutes goes crazy again is it a sensor or wiring problem that I can fixed myself? Do anyone knows. Where is located [-o<

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Very likely to be a temperature sensor. Post or PM your VIN and I'll see what I can dig up for you.

Or an air lock - that can cause similar problems.

Try bleeding the cooling system in accordance with the correct instructions for the vehicle.
