Citroen C4 2012 please help!

Hi Everyone I need help!
My Citroen C4 is leaking oil by the second and I don’t know what to do. The only thing that I have noticed is that is leaking from this part. (please check picture)
The mechanic that is “taking care” off the problem said he doesn’t understand why it’s coming out, that everything is ok. But last night the car had absolutely no oil it leaked all to the floor off the garage.
What to do everyone?

Can you confirm which type of engine is fitted?
Is the oil leaking from the filter, or the small pipe below it (in the top photo)?

If that pic is oriented correctly(not familiar with the engine) then it looks like it's leaking from the joint between the plastic bottom half of the filter housing???
In which case, causes I suggest would be not done up fully, o-ring damaged/not fitted correctly or incorrect type?

Hi everyone thank you so much for answering.
It’s a 1.6 HDI, 116 horse power.

My husband called another mechanic that is a friend of his and he also suggested the o-ring.
The mechanic that is currently taking care off the car said he’s going to fix it by Monday midday. Fingers crossed everyone.
