Xantia temperature sense fan

Has anybody found an easy weay to remove the tiny fan located behind the alarm LED next to the clock. Mine is noisy when cold, and I feel a clean and lube will cure it. I can get it so far out by pushing from behind the radio aperture, but not enough.
