Heater Blower Noise like barble on high setting

Hi guys another fix required Citroen C3 2002

Issue The fan is working blows hot and cold however recently the fan has started making a racket especially when on full speed at lower speed it's not to bad but at top speed its Barbling if thats a real word but the only way I can describe it

I'm inclined to think its the fan motor.

I have done the normal google and you tube searches but removal is usually on cars that are not Citreons and all videos i,ve seen are more around the resister removal or something similar.

Does anyone have a link to a video or concise pictorial instructions of how to remove the blower or even just the fan?

All I know is that you have to remove the glove box plus some hidden screws but thats all the information I have.

The diagrams should help below. However the second one is for a left hand drive, so you'll need to access it from the passenger side. Click to zoom these up.

Disconnect the connector ( 4) of the blower (5).
Press the tab on the blower (at "a").
Turn the fan ( 5) clockwise to disengage it from its retaining lugs.
Remove the fan ( 5) by separating the intermediate shaft.
