Dose anyone know!??!!!
I have a citroen C5 2009 which dose not have the TPMS. if i was to buy 4 sensor get them fitted and then take the car to the main dealership do you think they can program these in?

Not alone. You will also need the TPMS ECU,receiver unit / aerial before these can be activated and configured.
A more cost effective solution it to buy an aftermarket set that transmit to a unit you can stick on your dashboard. There are lots of systems available.

If your car originally had TPMS valves but then the system was disabled then all you will need is the valves. Then you will need to have the system re-enabled and then the valves need to be paired to the car. This is something that the dealer can do.
If doing it yourself (or using one of our volunteers) then you will need a Lexia or Diagbox. All our volunteers will have one of these. The valves then need a device called an exciter which very few of us have. I bought an exciter earlier this year but so far it remains unused - in fact I'm not even sure it's suitable for PSA cars!
If you post up your VIN then someone here can check your original build specification to see if it had TPMS fitted.
