Rear Brakes - Renualt Kangoo/Megane

Could anyone confirm how the rear drum is removed from a Renualt Kangoo, please? I believe the Kangoo shares parts with the Megane. Does the wheel bearing retaining nut need removing or does the adjuster need slackening to get the drum off? I had assumed that the wheel nuts held it in place but moderate effort to remove the drum has been unsuccessful. Before I apply extra pressure I thought I check with some experts

slacken the adjuster off through one of the wheel stud holes and you have to slacken the hub nut .sometims they come off easily or you may need a 2 legged puller.thats if its the same as my 19 J
