Timing belt & tensioner changing - RFJ engine

Hi all
I would like to ask your advise. I need to change the timing belt on my C5 2007 petrol (2.0l) facelift. as far as I know it's a RFJ / EW10A engine - plz correct me if I'm wrong. could you direct me to a guide or any other source of information? I've searched on youtube but didn't found.
first, is it possible to carry out while the vehicle is on the ground, since I don't have a lift?
are there special tools for it?

I've seen that a special tool - "adapter for angular tightening" - 4069T is needed. does any of the forum members have any details/info regarding it? how to make one?

For a one off, you can estimate the angle required. Presume this is for the crank shaft pulley bolt? 60deg is one flat; 120deg 2 flats etc. A couple of blobs of tipp ex, one on the pulley next to a point on the bolt, and another to mark the starting point on the bolt, and then turn it till they are the requisite amount apart.

4069T is just a version of a simple angular torque gauge. eBay will be able to help in sourcing one of them
