'Sinker' pump reconditioning guide

Unread post by xantia_v6 »

On BXC, Gasa has posted a very good pictorial guide to pump reconditioning. It currently suffers from a bad case of automatic translation, but I will see if we can get the text unscrambled a little.

Yes, good point Alasdair

It did flummox me for a long while when it appeared to have failed on Monday

I need a sight gauge on the LHM reservoir perhaps!!!

Always check the easy things first....!

My mate's oil fired boiler stopped working, took at least 2 visits before anyone realised that the big red button on the tank gauge was to open the gauge to the tank. When this was pressed the emptiness of the tank was revealed in all its glory!!

I did Richard! I thought the LHM might be low and topped it up... A bit...

Still would not play... In the end it dawned on us that it needed a lot more topping up

You just can't get the staff these days
