My left rear is higher than the right rear by 10mm on my C5 II, is there a way to adjust the suspension to compensate?
Thanks you.

No.
Either the rolling radius of your tyres is different, (mismatch tyres ?) or something is bent. I'd start by measuring the diameter of your tyres.

The tires are brand new and they are the same size. I hope that nothing is bent, I suppose I have to place it on an alignment machine to check the data.

Worth measuring them though, there may be a manufacturing glitch.

First component to check for damage will be the piston push rod which links the rear arm to the hydraulic strut. These seem to be sacrificial and designed to deform under a big impact (say mounting a kerb at speed) to save the strut. Get under the rear of the car and peel back the rubber boot to check the push rod.
however, are you sure the ridge height is different? Have you checked on absolutely flat ground?

Do NOT get underneath the car unless it is safely supported! You have a suspension issue, and it has been known for the hydro pneumatic suspension to drop and kill people who were underneath at the time.

Are both rear wheels vertical? if not it's possible that one trailing arm bearing has failed.

The main component responsible for side to side levelling are the anti-roll bars. If either one has got a permanent twist, it will cause the car to lean to one side.
You could disconnect the anti-roll bars (one at a time) to see if the lean gets better or worse. On a hydraulic Citroen you should only disconnect one end of the bar, so that the height sensors are still connected to one wheel.
If the lean gets better with a bar disconnected, then that bar is faulty. DO NOT drive the car with the anti-roll bars disconnected.
