C8 Electronic Sliding Door Runners

One of my electric sliding doors often fails to close and I noticed that the door is rubbing against the side of the car.

I can see that the middle door runner (the one half way up the car - 9033L4 I think) has no wheels... not sure how that happened but it obviously needs replacing.

I can't seem to find any online so I was thinking that maybe the wheels themselves can be replaced?

Does anybody know it is possible or where to get new runners?

I'm not sure if this will help but I have a new door carriage here that I've offered for sale a few times with no takers, it's part number 9033.74 if you want to look it up.
I has three wheels one large and two small but they're riveted into place so swapping them wouldn't be easy.
