Morey's diesel fuel additive?

Has anyone used Morey's diesel fuel additive. I have been using it for the last two tankfulls at the recommended dose of 30mls per 20 litres of fuel. All I have noticed so far is that the idle speed is up a 100 rpm.
It is supposed to be an upper cylinder and pump lube, an injector cleaner and raises cetane up to 5 points. They claim it increases fuel economy by about 5%.

Injector cleaners never seem to do any harm, its got to be good to look after the pump and injectors, keep an eye on the consumption.
