Citroen C5 2006 cruise control speed difference

Hi to all from Greece,

Happy to hear from you again, the problem with my car (Citroen C5 2006 2.0i 16v excl) is the cruise control. When I set the speed to 80 km/h (for instance), the speedometer locks to almost 10-15 km/h less than the set choice. When I increase/decrease the speed with the controls, the controls are working but always there is the difference of 15 km/h less in the speedometer, from the speed set on the small lcd screen. Any thoughts?
