reliability wars 607 vs C5

Time to replace my Xantia with either a 607 or C5, but which is more reliable?
And is the 2.0HDi engine as good as it was in the Xantia?

C5 Mk2 or C5x7 ?~

I would bet there is not a fag paper between them.....
