What to do next.

Post by Gibbo2286 »

So now I've got two cars both in good running order, both with mots until May/June next year, the 2004 C5 2.0L HDI VTR with 108k on the clock and the Ford Focus 1.8i petrol Ghia with 83k on the clock.

Do I sell the Focus or the C5 or both and buy something newer.................... #-o

Well go spoil yourself Gibbo. C6 are lovely. Nothing wrong with a bit of Wafting in a Luxobarge.

The £500 a year road tax is a bit off putting, especially now that the politicians are aiming their sights on diesels, I wonder how much Mr Corbyn would add to that to help pay for his huge spending plans.

I've had a look at a few on Ebay and most have more miles on the clock than my C5. :(

Well, at least you'd be able to live in it when Mrs. May takes away the house to pay for your elderly care and C6 have double glazing so you'll not miss your winter fuel allowance.

Must admit I do like the C6. Don't they make a 2.2 version?

£500 tax'd put me off anything, but then, you knewn about that when you decided you'd rather like one.

Wouldn't have expected C6's to be high milers, so that's a surprise!
