looking for best way to fit new condenser to my 2009 c5 vtr+ is the top panel comming off seperate? looks like clipped to bumper to me ? or is it full bumper off , any help appreciated thanks

The top panel is clipped to the bumper, I replaced the condenser on my 2009 C5 without removing the bumper, unfortunately I can't recall the exact details as it was a few years ago but IIRc it went in from above.
