Well, I thought I knew a bit about Citroen and the GS in particular, but I had never even heard of this until I stumbled across it today:
https://ranwhenparked.net/2013/10/22/a- ... -camargue/
It's a one off presumably hand crafted 2+2 coupe based on the GS shown off in 1972! How weird... it looks nothing like a GS on the outside but under the bonnet it is clearly a GS...
It was only every a one off "show" model, but interesting and quirky all the same.... had anyone else ever come across this ?

What a lovely looking car Simon
Still looks very fresh today!
Another classic Bertone design I see. Have they ever done a bad one I wonder?
Penned by the same designer who did the BX... Says it all

Re: Citroën GS Camargue
Certainly better looking than the other Carmargue, another weird handcrafted 2+2 coupe!

The rear lights are American muscle, Charger esque? The fronts look very similar to the plymouth superbird? Lovely design though, very much period luxury cruising around St. Tropez..

Yes, those rear lights are very 2006-on Charger.
Headlights are more latter day DS23/SM, if only because Superbirds (& Daytonas) had pop-ups!
