1.4 16v ET3J4 (KFU) Oil leak from cam seal

Hello I looking for help with my pug 307 1.4 16v KFU engine. I bought that car while ago. Previous owner replace head gasket but I didn't noticed there was leak from cam seal.

Car stood about 4 monts and recently I tried to fix it and I bought New Timing Gear new seal, but after replacement its still leaking. I used PTFE seal fited it and waited before first run (manual sees that) BUT its still leaking

I am looking for solution, how deap seal should go? maight i put it not to deep, I just running out of ideas how to deal with it

Old wheel has some damage on end of it.
even bought on eBay second hand but that was leaking from outside wall, so i returned it
