Maybe it's better to say what problems I'm having with the device. Sometimes it restarts after I start the car but not always. The phone connects after 3.5 minutes each time. It very rarely recognizes the sd card and usb

Ok, so that can be signs of a hard drive failure. Before you do anything though, make 100% sure you have the correct firmware, and that it is extracted onto the USB. There should be no files other than the extracted files on the USB (no hidden windows system files). Once you put this into the USB, the system will read it and ask if you want to upgrade (even if it is the same version). If it is not doing this then either your firmware is corrupt (possible from internet downloads) or your USB media is faulty.

Thanks for the reply Mark, I downloaded the software from the peugeot forum. I read everything there and checked for hidden files. Today I entered the hidden menu and go to sistem then information . Strange is that the CAN voltage is 0.0. I dont know it is corect or no.

Re: Guide to Replacing the NG4 Navidrive 3D Hard Drive with a CF Card
I'm not sure about the reading as on the top reading it says there is CAN voltage to the Head Unit itself (NG4) of 12.6V, so not sure what the second CAN parameter is related to...
There are plenty of possible fault codes that can be obtained with Diagbox, and the unit can be tested for operation, but not much else about the solutions.
I'll send you a link via private message to my NG4 firmware, which I have used many times, just in case.

Ok 1) explain to me what you are doing step by step from getting in the car and 2) please provide a screenshot of the files on the USB.

Re: Guide to Replacing the NG4 Navidrive 3D Hard Drive with a CF Card
My problem started at the end of July. First, the clock and date flashed and showed 1.00am. After I did a reset and deleted the music I had saved on the disc (because I had not read this forum before) it started to connect to the phone after 3.5 minutes and so until today.

Well why are you doing a 'Factory reset' each time? There is no need to do this if you are reapplying the firmware. This just adds complications and may cause the system not to update as you are doing a reset each time. Nowhere does it say to do this when updating the firmware.
1) Leave the car 10 minutes with all doors closed and locked to let the BSI sleep.
2) Unlock the Car, get in and start the engine.
3) Get comfortable, open any windows before starting the update. DO NOT operate any buttons or controls when updating - it can cause interruption.
4) Wait for the NG4 to start up.
5) Then insert USB into the centre arm rest USB socket and wait.
6) The screen will read the USB and ask if you want to update the firmware.
7) If it does not do this, remove the USB, wait a minute then re-insert and wait another minute.
If it does not read the USB and ask if you want to do the update, then there is a problem reading the USB or it is not communicating with the USB.
To check this, try a USB key with a few MP3 files on and change the media source. Will it read, display or play the files? If not, then that is your issue. You may have a loose quadlock connection or cable at the back of the unit.
The same files from the firmware can be burned onto a CD_R (at lowest speed possible 4X if you can). Make sure you finalise the CD-R.
Follow the same procedure above, but insert the CD instead of the USB and that should start the update.
But I really think your issue is electrical if it is not powering or communicating with the USB to be honest.

In this case it sounds like you have a bigger problem with the Head Unit unit itself. If it is failing to communicate with peripherals then that may be a motherboard problem, which I can't help with.
