Front Door Window

Has anyone replaced the window glass, if so, did you replace the two clips at the bottom as they suggest? any other tips would be welcome.

Update, I bought a "previously owned" window from a 2008 exclusive and did not replace the clips, I think you replace the clips if you only replace with new (£328+vat) as they have to be glued into position.
The Job took no more than 1/2 hour from start to finish, most difficult part was getting the plastic door liner off to get access to the mechanism, a little heat from the heat gun softened the adhesive enough to free the liner, then the same heat again to reattach it later.
