c4 B7 rear door speaker size

Hello

I'd like to upgrade speakers on 2011 B7 C4 with factory stereo.

And in back, I'm not sure.
It says in manual rear door speakers should be 13mm, but with Denon, there are 165mm's. Does someone know which size is correct?
Also, can't decide whether to take ones with separate tweeters or ones with them built in.
Dilemma is between these.

Which manual are your referring to? 165 mm (16.5 cm) is the diameter (width). I think the other model of speaker you have linked to is 13 cm not mm and would not be wide enough.

You need to ensure they are the same width as the originals and also that the depth is ok - some of these after market ones have a different cone shape and extra tweeter on the cone which makes them too deep to fit into the existing recess.

I almost guarantee you will have to drill new holes, as rarely will replacement speakers have screw holes that fit the originals.
It should be easy enough to remove the grille and take the existing speaker out temporarily, then you can take exact measurements of the original speaker and compare it to the PDF diagrams of the after market ones you linked to. If your existing ones are 165 mm diameter, then you need to make sure you get ones of the same size as these.

Manual I'm referring to is one I've found online, didn't check in mine
For now everyone says 16.5 cm's go in rear doors, but I'll measure them myself to be on the safe side.

Also, I hope I won't have to fiddle with connectors
