Citroën relay 2006 2.8 hdi lexia issues diagnostic communication

Hi guys need some assistance on this issue
To day I plugged in to a Citroën relay 2.8 hdi I have diagbox 7.76 . The problem I am having it will not talk to this vehicle
The message I got was switch ignition off and back on again which I did . Now at the bottom of the screen there is another message .connected the portable to the vehicles 2 way diagnostic socket. I have Google drive this and I cannot come up with a solution to the problem.
This is United Kingdom right hand drive
Vin number is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
I never have an issue plugging in to cars my vci is rev c
Please note I could read the battery voltage.
In tool settings I could see my vci

I also have a ds150e and I had no trouble reading the fault code

Unfortunately I have the same problem with my 406s, I have two cars and two Lexias and none of them will comunicate.
