Citroen SEDRE can not be activated

Hi

I installed Citroen SEDRE ( 2014 ) and DocBackup. The DocBackup runs OK , but the SEDRE does not. Both are activated by internet explorer on Windows 10 that is 32 bit. When I run the SEDRE the small icon on the left of the task bar blinks for several seconds ( as it should ) and than the internet explorer is activate asking a permission to close the current internet tab ( as it should ) , but after clicking the yes ( permission to close the current internet tab ) nothing happens . Activating Windows 10 task manger sows that the SEDRE process is alive but does nothing ( the CPU % and Memory % for that task is 0 ). I did another try and when the internet explore is activated and asking the permission to close the current internet tab I copied the URL ( from the internet explorer ) to Google Chrome. With this I got the entry internet window to SEDRE but when trying to view anything I got an error or a blank internet page. In both Chrome and Internet explorer I disabled "Pop up blocking" but it didn't help.

Has anyone experienced this problem ? Any advise of how to sort this ?

You need to enable compatibility mode for the "site" (localhost or 127.0.0.1) in Internet Explorer as it is not compatible with modern versions of IE without compatibility mode.

Thanks , enabling the compatibility mode and installing the SVG Viewer sort the problem.
The only problem I got is when trying to explore the

1) "Diagnostic connector" I got the message "The file d3bzc0v1_0.sgm is not available: "
2) "General location of earths I got a blank window
3) "Passenger compartment relay location" I got the error "The file d3bzbxp0.sgm is not available:"
4) "Relay location under the bonnet " I got "The file d3bzbwp0.sgm is not available: "

I guess the above is a bug in the SEDRE and these files were not installed.

I was exploring part of the diagrams but in order to use them I need the legend of the device in the diagram. Do you know where can I find the legend in SEDRE ?

There are a lot of diagrams missing on the early Xantias unfortunately.

Its an MKII make year 2000 , so I guess it is not an early Xantia. BTW MK 1 is not supported at all. I tried the tools but it provides information such as where to find the RPO number the VIN" number wiring color codes
