UV Car Window Shades

Post by renagade »

Hi Guy's
Been looking at these UV Car Window Shades that fit and remove to give that tinted window look. £82.00 for the C5 X7 saloon. Fit is very good and you can use with windows down. Might stop that wind buffering when you have the rear windows down. ?

What are you referring to tinted window film or the actual wind deflectors?

If Wind deflectors - be careful which ones you buy - I have the German TUV approved ClimAir ones fitted to my X7 and they are brilliant. Some of the cheaper ones can come away. Here's the link to my post and a video on this, with some pictures of my X7 with them fitted:

I agree with Marc - I've fitted Climair to my Xantia and can confirm, easy fit (no clips) and top quality.

Hi Guy's
The one's I am looking at are complete window fitment. When fitted they look like tinted windows.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-C5-4d ... Id4sMulfAg
They are on e-bay as uv car shades.

So these are sun blinds in effect, interesting. I'm lucky to have the built in rear and side window blinds, so these do the job of keeping the car cool for me, but let us know how they work out for you. A few pics would be good too!
