Xantia Cruise Control

When I converted the Activa to a V6 I toyed with the idea of fitting the cruise control from the V6, unfortunately my car didn't have the loom in place so I didn't bother.

Whilst my interior is stripped out (long story, blog entry coming soon) I've decided I'm going to do it. From memory, I removed the bellows from the throttle body so I'll need to dig them out of the shed, also, from memory, the additional components are:

Brake Switch
Clutch Switch
Master Switch (on dash)
Stalk (on steering column)
Vacuum pump under front wing

Is there anything else that I've missed?

Also, as none of the wiring is present on my car, I'm going to need to wire it in separately, creating the loom as I go. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the cruise control on the V6? Even better, a wiring diagram for a LHD V6 manual fitted with cruise control from the continent

There is also a Hella cruise ECU and a purple relay. The wiring diagram would be similar to an XM diagram (which I can supply if required).

David, I've emailed you the 28 page instruction guide that you sent me 4 years ago for fitting cruise to a Peugeot 406. That's still on my list of jobs for tomorrow on my Xantia!

I think yours will be easier then mine as you swapped the entire loom inside the cabin too, didn't you? I've not got any of the plugs on mine for cruise unfortunately.

David, do you have lots of spare plugs/connectors ?....I have the looms from the v6s2 I scrapped hanging in the shed (some cut off ) some images may help me select some of the correct ones for you if needed.

Have just emailed you the guide that I sent Shaun all those years ago. I believe the connectors are all pictured in there.

Got it, will check later in the week (off to Falmouth tomorrow) and have to bleed the oil through the Rayburn ...due to being a prick !
