Don't worry, it was painted in its original colour.

Mine is almost 'bald'. I just washed it and the lacquer went virtually overnight. It's a non-runner so i'm not investing in any fix for her unfortunately. One day, when the love returns, maybe.

The roof had quite a lot of 'sun burns' as I call them. I'm afraid I don't have any pictures of the car before the paint job. I had a tendency to avoid taking pictures of it, because I found it ugly. I was actually slightly ashamed of it.

But here is a picture of the car when I just bought it back in Spring 2015:



Notice I got rid of the headlight sprayers, I never liked those.
