So, after the first ZX got mildly bent in October, I was all for repairing it and moving on - then I saw a '91 5dr Volcane on ebay for silly money, and 48 hours later it was sitting on my drive... Have I officially become hooked?! I'm quite worried...
Seriously though, a couple of things on the new car - nice buzzy vibration through the accelerator pedal at 80+mph, and the feels a bit more unstable at those speeds too. Any ideas? Was thinking it could be the dampers for the latter...
Cheers guys!

you want to try being 6'3 and wearing a crash helmet during a Sprint, had to slouch down in the seat quite badly! On that note im swapping my seats. The back of the drivers one has so badly collapsed it hurts my back. The passenger one has no height or side adjustment but its so much more comfortable due to little use it will be better for me

Not really (twitch, twitch..).
Ever since I got shot of my old BX 19RD i'd been hankering after another Hydro Cit. I got a Xantia TD, had lots of problems with, gave it back and bought another (sucker...). On the way also picked up the BX GTi...Best of both worlds? I'll let you know when the BX is back on the road...

.
The height ajustable seat moves foreward as it goes up, that's the real problem. [:(!] I found that with the seat at its highest and most rearward position I was still short of legroom, so I lowered it to about halfway, thus gaining a few inches more legroom, and invested in a nice set of black with red piping velour cushions, to sit on thus regaining the lost height.. The cushions not only match the interior trim and look really nice, but more to the point, they allow me to be both more comfortable and in total control for long periods at the wheel.. [^]
