CITROEN C5 - WINDSCREEN WASHER TOP UP

Citroen friends -

I love my little guy but I have the hardest time finding the simplest things (I don't have a manual for the car). I keep getting one of those dash alerts telling me to TOP UP WASHER FLUID. I popped the hood armed with my fluid and water and I could not even FIND the reservoir bottle top up thingy...

Can anyone point me in the right direction? The pump works fine and everything else is fine - I just need to tip more liquid in there...

It's in the top front panel just to the left of the bonnet lock, a blue lid on mine, the actual bottle is tucked away lower down behind the bumper with a long neck up to the filler.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
The screen wash bottle is the one with the blue cap.

Edit: Why I thought you had a C3 I don't know! Apologies, I'll try and dig out another picture!

Here you go: - as Steve says at the front - blue cap.

On my early (03) C5 it is just behind the radiator/slam panel and as above would have a blue cap - mine AWOL, a common occurrence.
Will try and post a photo.

ED: - have taken a photo and it has been uploading to PhotoBucket for about an hour now, stuck at 90%

That's the one Steve - I've replaced the photo in the earlier post - the 'bucket' is being a bit slow today.

I've been struggling with 'the bucket' lately, it seems to have gone a bit wonky.

The Bucket is still struggling to upload it - defaulted to Flickr! (Ptooey) which is generally a complete arseache these days.

I think we covered it in the end with the pics between us - thanks both for spotting my error - probably as I've been working on the electric folding mirrors of our C3 so had that on the brain!

Amazing! Thanks so much, guys! I did see that big ol' hole but I guess I am missing the washer cap and that is why I couldn't see a little wipers icon any place... VERY MUCH APPRECIATED - I was going to try popping off the bumper on the weekend because lots of internets say the washer bottle is there. Glad I don't have to now

If you call into a scrap yard they may well let you have a filler cap for a couple of quid.

The washer bottle is in the offside wheel arch, accessible if you remove the arch liner.
I bought one from eBay for the previous C5 and it is on my list for this one. One day
