Cannot log to my Citroen service account

As of today I cannot log to my Citroen service account. Does anyone else experience this problem too ?

I tried to log on from different computers and different internet accounts but failed. I tried to recover the password and couldn't . Hope Citroen didn't block it forever, it is very useful and essential for proper maintenance

Had a strange problem here this afternoon too.
Logged in with ID and pwd, and tried to select a vehicle type.
Clicking on a vehicle type produced no further progress. Logged out and repeated; same.
Did manage to get in and to parts by inputting a VIN number, and everything from there on worked ok.

Just tried to log on to Peugeot service and for the same problem. Hope it is a temporary problem that will be fixed. Cannot imagine how the Xantia can be properly maintained without accessing Citroen service.

Just checked mine, Vin selection is all OK, No vin but by type/engine all works as well....

Just done another log-in here, and working AOK - by VIN and by model type.
Must have been a problem their end earlier.

As I know new account can not be created anymore. My account is still blocked, and it seems that it wont be activated. I guess since many persons open an account it loads the Citroen server and this is the reason new account can not be created.

This may be a temporary issue with their servers - or it could be something to do with the registration validation / checks they do to try and ensure only third party garages are registered.
If there is some information or parts info you need, just post here on the Forum, many of us have access and should be able to help.

Yes, it's to allow non-franchised independent garages access to parts information and ordering - not for the general public as such. There are other areas there that require paid access or a subscription - generally the diagnostic information as this is not freely available. Citroen dealerships have to pay a significant amount of money for their diagnostic equipment leases and technical training bulletins and diagnostic support, so that is why the technical sections are paid services only.

So I guess they verified whiich of the accounts are not independent garages and blocked them. If that is the case I think I'll not be able to log any more my Citroen service account.
