AX dashboard lighting

I have just acquired a AX Debut 1994 but have no illumination on the speedo fuel gauge etc. The tell tale light on works but nothing else. Is it easy to change bulbs? Or might it be something else? Any help appreciated. Also fan motor works on 3 speed and nothing else!

Does it have a dimmer control for the panel lights, if so that could be faulty.
