Saxo, AX, Pug 106 Brake linkage bar adjustment.

Does anybody know what the factory specific adjustment procedure is for this linkage bar? Everything I have read online seem to be a bit "try it and see" and Haynes manual is no use at all. there must be a correct set up procedure for this they used in the factory surely?

I think they're adjusted so theres a certain length of thread left. I just adjusted mine until they bind and backed it off!
