As for the additive fluid, your RPO is 10073, which suggests you would have the EOLYS 176 at factory - and you should have the green 'click-fit' connector on the additive tank. Eolys 176 has now been replaced with INFINEUM F7995 for filling or top-up operations. This is what Citroen will likely use, but if you are unsure and want to be 100% certain check with the dealer.

I think you want the Quarz 9000 Ineo for low ash with the particulate filter.

Start with http://www.opieoils.co.uk/ and/or http://nielsencdg.co.uk/ for online prices. I think they both sell via eBay as well.
Sadly no longer a C5 owner :(
