Access to service citroen

I'm having access problems with the site.

Has anything changed.

C5 x7 2.0 HDi 160 hp Estate exclusive, moved on.
Xantia 2.0 Hdi 90hp 1999 only 189,000 and rising!!!!!!! Moved on to a new home
C3 1.4 petrol (SWMBO)
Xantia TD 1.9 Mk 2 Estate LX 1998 model over 210,000 miles now and still rising!!!!!!!!!!!!! now deceased 17/12/2010.

Okay, it looks like I will have to register again which happened to me several years ago.

Check that the Country you're registered in with service.citroen matches the Country that your browser/IP address has you in. If these two don't match, s.c blocks access, thinking you are somewhere you shouldn't be, or the account has been hijacked. Happened to me twice; last time s.c thought I was in Ukraine (apologies to any Ukrainian FCF members).

try opening a 'private tab' in your browser, mine wont load under normal browsing but is fine with a private tab/ incognito , i asked last month about it, quite possibly something to do with my IP address location.

I can't access it at work as IP address doesn't match (or is hidden). Works OK at home. Not tried the private tab...!

Contact the service.citroen administrator by email, and they will sort it out for you, advising any changes or checks needed at your end. DId this myself last year, and they got me back up and working with 48 hours.

Well, just went onto the service site and I got access!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
