Dispatch Combi 2013 boot locking issue

Hi, 2013 Dispatch Combi has just developed a boot locking problem, issue is;

Unlock car with remote -all ok

Go to boot and press open switch, you hear the whirr and click but it doesn't unlock.

Open any of the other doors, side, drivers etc...

Go back to boot and it now opens fine.

Any ideas on this ?

It might be worth looking at the wiring loom plugs in the front doors. If one of the wires in the door plug is weak and partly worn / broken, the onset of colder weather may be enough to accentuate the problem causing intermittent problems.
