Clio noisy from cold

Good evening I'm new here,anyway this my last throw of the dice. The engine had a bad ticking rattling noise from the cylinder head. The noise was apparent from start up,all the way through the revs. It was the same hot pr cold. So I changed the cambelt,tensioner,roller, waterpump and vvt pulley all brand new. Fitted new hydraulic liftera as well. Problem now is the engine still has the tapping noise? initially from start up then it kinda quites down abit as it idle. As aoon as u rev it up the noise gets louder, all the way through the revs,sounds as if something might come through the tappet cover. Any ideas to a solution would be gratefully appreciated,thank u.
