Mirrors stopped tilting

Hi
Mirrors will not tilt up or down side to side

They fold in and out ok
Bought a new door switch same as but still nothing
Had a look on planet but can't find anything
As I had heard if you change battery sometimes it resets back to manual in bsi
But I can't find anything in planet to do this
Any help very much appreciated

Does your car have electric memory seats? I think this is relevant to mirror control.
