Creaking front end

Good evening, I have an issue with my '09 C5. Since I did a long journey back from Scotland (620 miles), i have a creaking/clicking sound from thr front end of the car. Had a look and it isnt coming from the cv joints. I do jeed to swap out the sway bar end links as one of the boots has come away from the groove (looking out for a guide). When i put my hand on the sub-frame whilst making the car creak, this is where it feels like it is coming from. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a recording but I am not sure how to upload.
