I've just had a look throught the list of X7 DG4 display screens. It is actually called a 'Travel Control Processor - Control Console' and there are muliple versions of these depending on the RPO (build date) of the vehicle. These actually have a computer processor contained in the units and therefore need a specific software to match the hardware and the vehicle build. Vborovich has already noted in the thread that one of the units was not compatible, so I would stick to the version you have. Many of the full colour units show a replacement part of 9804335580 (excluding the touch screen displays of course).

What is it you are trying to accomplish - do you have a problem with your existing display and need a replacement? If so Post up or PM your VIN and we may be able to help further.

Hi.
I'm installing a rneg radio in citroen c5 2010 model and I did have a rneg2 display from a peugeot 508.
I do have a display for rneg but this one is a display from a peugeot 3008 disassembled from the head-up unit, it does work but it is not original.

There is a difference in both screens' resolutions, and they're not compatible with the units for which they're not designed for
