Jukebox facility

The Citroen main dealer told me that my 64 plate Grand Picasso BlueHDi Exclusive + had 8Gb of storage for music. However when I went to download from my iPod today the Jukebox icon is greyed out on the tablet screen. Does this mean I am doing something wrong or was the Jukebox an option when the car was ordered and the fact that it is greyed out means it ain't there?

Can you post up or PM me your VIN so we can determine the type of Audio unit you have, so we can possibly help further.
