Picasso steering wheel on mk1 C5

Post by waynedance »

Looks the same as my my poor steering wheel but would you say it's black or grey?

Would the airbag fit my C5? To keep colour matching the steering wheel.

You would need to make sure the airbag is of the same type as later models have 2-stage airbags over the earlier single ignitors.
And it looks black to me too.

it looks the same as the wheel on the later Phase II Xsaras (non-Picasso) which I was considering fitting to my 2003 C5. I didn't get very far along the process but I did ascertain that the Xsara wheel is about an inch smaller in diameter. it's also firmer to hold so I don't think it'll melt the same way as the C5 one does. I never got any further along as my C5 wasn't really that bad.
