Squeaking ekectric sunroof shade when closing!

I have cleaned and lubricated the wires and tracks on both the panoramic roof and the sunshade on our 2008 Espace.
It did speed up the opening a bit and clearly makes the motor on the roof sound less stressed when working.
The only issue I can not solve is a annoying squeak that starts when the sunshade is about one section from fully closed.
I have tried to put Teflon drylube spray on the tracks but it does no change in the annoying sound.
Is there an known fix for this issue?

I also used silicon sealing lube on all the seals.
