Renault Scenic 2003. 2.0 Automatic

Hello everyone!This is my frist thread and I am hoping you guys can help me,I repair cars here and there and I have run into a problem with an old Renault Scenic,the problem is that when i start it and at first it accepts throttle but after a while the car just goes to idle and won't accept throttle,i scanned it with an OBD device and i got the code saying gas pedal sensor problem and the automatic transmission light is on when the throttle problem happens.I went and replaced the gas pedal sensor and again the same thing happened at first everything is fine but after a while again no throttle response.I hope you guys can help me figure this one out,maybe it is a common problem.I am waiting for you answers
