I think we'll need a bit more of an explanation than that Eddie :-D
Can you start by explaining what is / or is not working?

Do you have ignition lights?
Does the car turn over?
Do you have power to any of the electrical devices in the car - i.e. do the lights turn on?
Can you hear the fuel pump humming when try to start?

This would at least give some of us a place to start.

On my old 2003 C5 the electrical connector would quite often fall off the low note horn. I don't use the horn very often but if it was just a feeble "parp" that would tell me that it needed looking at. Don't know whether your spec of car has two or one horns but take a look at it/them From memory they're on the LH side of the car behind the front bumper.

BTW, the car won't be a 1.9. It'll be a 2.0 or, more rarely, a 2.2.

Can I also suggest that you add to the title of this thread to include "horn not working" and remove that bit from the title of the other thread.

Apologies Eddie - my problem - I missed 'Horn' out from your post! #-o !
Anyway, general advice is first to check the fuse (can't remember now which one it is on an 03 - check the handbook if you have one), next give the horn a bit of a whack - sometimes this is enough to get it going again.
