C8 Sump plug and Oil filter housing question

I plan to do an oil change and replace cartridge inside filter housing (as per this article https://teon.co/cars/peugeot-807-diesel ... oil-filter but on C8 not 807) now i am thinking of hand tightening the plastic filter housing top as somewhat weary of using torque wrench on it as no idea of the values to tighten it to, also anyone know the sump plug torque setting for C8/807

any car i ever serviced with one of the plastic type oil filter i just used a soft strap wrench as a set of cups doesnt always include size required and using sockets eventually cause deformation of plastic parts
