ABS/ESP 2005 Peugeot 407 1.6 hdi

Hi guys,

The ABS/ESP light came on and my friend connected a Universal computer to it which stated the back right abs sensor is faulty.
After replacing the sensor the error on the dashboard persisted, rechecked with the computer, it stated that the back left abs sensor is now faulty. We changed that sensor too.
Now the error persists and states that the back right ABS sensor is faulty again, after replacing both (this was done within 5 days)
Can anyone help me with some advice?

Did you take it for a drive after replacing the sensor? It needs to get up to 20km/hr to clear the fault code. You might need to get it on a Diagbox to really see what's going on - universal readers are not all that reliable for non OBD systems on PSA cars.

Yes I'm currently using the car.
Peugeot dealer in Milton Keyens can only book me in for end of next week and they are bloody expensive
I've contacted PaulMillard to see if he can help me with a genuine computer read. Hope he will see my message.
