Hi,

where cane find or could some one post the service schedule for my Megane 3 1.9 diesel.

What mileage / age does is each item recommended to be changed?

You could try plugging your car details into this form, which may help.
If you don't have a handbook they are often available online - here.
You may find on the dash that there is a countdown of miles to next service interval. Usually appears when the ignition is on but before the car is started - should be a spanner symbol and the remaining distance next to it, generally disappears after a few seconds.

My Megane is a 61 plate Renault.

The service indicator shows up saying when, but where can I find a list of what the service schedule of change parts and inspections to carry out at the said interval.

At least I can reset the service indicator from the stalks.
