Problem speedometer after jump starting.

Hi i have a 206 1.2 lx 1999 the battery went flat, the problem now is the speedo is starting from 30mph the rev counter is not working but when reving the car up the rev counter judders as if its stuck. But the fuel and temperature gauge are working perfect. Is there anyway i can reset the whole speedo or can anyone help in any way in pointing me in the right direction to getting this sorted thanks.

You could try a full BSi reset to see if that helps initially.

I don't (think) they can do the 'jumping the pointer needle stop' trick on these.
